Ksenia established UNLTD London in 2014, together with Art Night, an all-night contemporary arts festival in extraordinary locations. In her role, Ksenia focuses on development, cultural fundraising and partnerships. Prior to this, Ksenia had experience working for Christie’s New York, the Cabinet of the Deputy Mayor of Paris for Culture and the 2012 French presidential campaign. Ksenia is interested in the positive impact of the arts on the public realm and is always keen to discover and create new cultural experiences. She studied Public Affairs and Cultural Policy at Sciences Po Paris, holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and is a fluent Russian and French speaker.

 Philippine co-founded UNLTD London and Art Night and works across departments - from fundraising and partnership building to management, finance, communications and research. Philippine has substantial experience as a consultant in Public Affairs and Communications. Previous positions spanned public and private sectors, from the French National Assembly to international media companies such as Canal+. Her love of cinema brought her to create a film festival for young directors, chaired by the President of the Cannes Film Festival in 2011. Philippine studied Political Science at Science Po in Paris and Public Law at Paris Sorbonne University.

 Zarina takes on production management of events at UNLTD and is the Director of Art Night Open. She has an extensive experience in producing large-scale events across arts, luxury and charity sector and has worked with a number of non-profit organisations, production companies and independent artists. In her work, Zarina values the process of collaboration and forming new synergies to produce unique happenings. She holds a BA in Linguistics and Intercultural Communications, an AA in Visual Arts & Media Production and a diploma in Music Performance.

 Luise joined UNLTD in January 2017 and is focusing on business development, partnerships and cultural programming. Prior to this, Luise worked as a freelance consultant in Amsterdam, supporting business development, fundraising and cultural programming efforts of her clients. She still holds a pro-bono position as Director of Outset Netherlands.  Previously Luise gained four years of Marketing and Partnership experience at AXA ART Insurance, where she was responsible for sponsorships, events and marketing. Luise holds a joint BA in Business Administration and History of Art and is a native German speaker.

She believes that great imagery has the power to inform, educate, or positively impact audience.  Lise studied Product Design at Central Saint Martins College and has worked on design and interior projects for companies, including Paul Cocksedge Studio. Lise is passionate about the role design plays in every day life and values hands on activities as well as sustainable practices and materials.
